Welcome to Dwindl ("we," "our," or "us"), a service provided by Nomadan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store, and our website, collectively referred to as the "Service."

Dwindl is a weight-loss tracking app with an AI coach. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Anonymous Device Identifier

The App does not require account registration, email addresses, passwords, or your name. When you first use the App, a unique anonymous device identifier is generated on your device. This identifier is used to associate your data with the App's features and your subscription. It cannot, by itself, be used to identify you personally.

2.2 Health and Weight Data

To provide its core functionality, the App collects the information you choose to enter, including your weight entries and dates, your starting and goal weight, and optional profile details such as height, age, sex, and activity level. This data is used to chart your trend, calculate your progress, and ground your coaching. It is stored on your device and synced to our servers so your history is available across sessions.

2.3 Coach Conversations

When you chat with the AI coach, the messages you send and the coach's replies are stored so your conversation history is preserved. See Section 4 for how this content is processed by our AI provider.

2.4 Data Synced to Our Servers

The following data is transmitted to our servers to enable app features:

• Anonymous device identifier (for user identification)
• Weight entries and your weight-loss profile
• Coach messages and replies
• Push notification token (if reminders are enabled)

2.5 Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used and to diagnose crashes. This data is collected in aggregate and does not personally identify you.

2.6 Payment Information

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, billing address, or financial information. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To track your weight trend and calculate your progress
• To provide AI coaching grounded in your actual weight data
• To manage your subscription status via RevenueCat
• To improve the App through aggregated analytics
• To identify and fix crashes and performance issues
• To send weight-log reminders (with your consent)
• To protect the safety and security of the App
• To comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or selling to third parties.

4. AI Coaching and Third-Party Processing

The AI coach is powered by Google's Gemini models. To generate a response, we send the coach the message you wrote along with a summary of your weight data (such as your trend, streak, and progress toward your goal) so its advice references your real numbers. This information is processed by Google as our AI provider. We do not send your name, email, or contact details, as we do not collect them. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. 5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers:

• Apple App Store -- Payment processing and subscription billing
• RevenueCat -- Subscription management
• Google (Gemini) -- AI coaching responses
• Firebase (Google) -- Aggregated analytics and crash reporting

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete the App. Server-side data is retained as long as your device identifier remains active.

You may request deletion of all server-side data by contacting us at nomadanapps@gmail.com. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and privacy-by-design architecture.

8. Push Notifications

If you opt in, we may send push notifications including daily weight-log reminders and service updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Health Disclaimer

Dwindl is a tracking and motivation tool, not a medical service. The App and its AI coach do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your weight, diet, or health.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has accessed the App, please contact us at nomadanapps@gmail.com.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal data.
